I have been on this healing path for over 25 years, working as a Usui Reiki Master and drawing from a range of holistic therapies. Reiki has been a constant guide in my life. My lineage connects directly to Dr. Usui through Mrs. Takata—I'm the 10th Master in that line, which is important as lineage is a requirement in certain professions. I carry the energy of those who came before.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions and gently shift into a deeper space of connection.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Let the pure tones of crystal bowls wash over you—clearing, balancing, and preparing your energy for the Reiki journey.

Energy Work & Reiki Practice
You'll receive your Reiki 1 attunement, learn how to channel energy, and practise hands-on healing in a safe, supportive space.
What Will the Two Days Look Like?
Day 1 – Opening the Door to Energy
We’ll begin by settling in, sharing a little about ourselves, and gently opening the space. A heart-opening cacao ceremony paired with a crystal bowl sound bath will help us drop into a deeper state of connection.
You’ll then receive your Reiki 1 attunement—a powerful yet gentle energetic shift that opens you to Reiki energy.
We’ll explore the Reiki hand positions, practice on ourselves and each other, and begin to understand the aura and the flow of energy around and within us.
Expect a day of gentle awakening, connection, and subtle shifts.
Day 2 – Deepening the Magic
We’ll ease into the day by revisiting the Reiki hand positions and building your confidence. Then, we’ll expand—offering Reiki to my three dogs, to plants, trees, and even crystals. Everything is energy, and we’ll explore how to connect with it in a grounded, heart-led way.
We’ll use aromatherapy oils to deepen our awareness and heighten the senses. Later, we’ll take a gentle wander in nature, tuning into the energies of the land, the trees, and the elements, letting nature be our guide and teacher.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel more connected, more attuned, and more confident in your ability to sense and share energy—in your own unique way

You’ll receive your official Reiki Level 1 certificate, connecting you to a beautiful energetic lineage that flows all the way back to Dr. Usui. A thread of light and healing passed down through generations—now part of your journey, too, making you 11th in line.

We will practice the Reiki 2 symbols and how to complete a professional treatment. We will practice the Reiki hand positions, on ourselves, each other and other people. I will bring plenty of people in to gain experience. This helps to deepen the understanding the aura and the flow of energy around and within us.🙌✨
✨ Day 2 – Continuing the Connection
We will continue to practice the Reiki hand positions and building your confidence. Then, we’ll expand—offering Reiki to my three dogs, to plants, trees, and crystals. Reiki 2 energy can feel different to Reiki 1 energy, so it will be a wonderful opportunity to practice. Everything is energy, and we’ll explore how to connect with it in a grounded, heart-led way.💚✨

On Line Event
To enrol on this course, you should be qualified to practice Massage, Beauty, Crystal Therapy or Reiki.
To equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to incorporate crystals into your existing practice.
To balance theory with practice so you have a solid grounding and the ability to use the techniques
You will need the syllabus crystals. These will be supplied to you from British Academy of Crystal Healing. A model will be required for 30 mins during each session to demonstrate ability and understanding. You will require access to Microsoft Word to enable you to complete the course workbook.
To gain the Beauty with Crystals FHT Accredited short course you will be required to complete 5 units and complete 4 case studies. Upon submission of the completed workbook and successful completion of the case studies, you will be awarded a certificate of accreditation from the British Academy of Crystal Healing.
Unit 1: Introduction to Vibrational Medicine
This unit introduces you to Vibrational Medicine. You will learn about the different energies and frequencies that are emitted from crystals and how they affect the human body. We will cover aftercare procedures and contraindications to healing.
Unit 2: Syllabus Stones
This unit introduces you to the 6 syllabus stones. You will learn the names, frequencies and healing attributes of the crystals. We will teach you which crystals are toxic and contraindications for use.
Unit 3: Crystal Body Massage
This unit introduces you to effective crystal techniques for massage. You will learn which massage technique is appropriate in different situations and which crystal to use. We will also cover how to maintain hygiene standards and energetic cleansing, charging and general care of your crystals.
Unit 4: Crystal Facial
This unit introduces you to facial massage and rejuvenation with crystals. You will be made aware of the suitability of the stones for the various techniques and the desired outcomes.
Unit 5: Crystal Light Therapy
This unit will introduce you to the term ‘Light Therapy’:what it is and what it does. You will be shown the facial web of light and how to administer it and ensure that your client is fully grounded at the end of the session.
