Based in Carlisle, Cumbria, Sheila Thomas Energies offers holistic energy healing, crystal therapies, sacred sound and spiritual training to support relaxation, balance and deeper connection to the self. My work weaves together energy healing, crystal bowls, crystals and intuitive guidance, creating nurturing spaces for restoration, alignment and personal exploration.
A central part of my work is teaching and guiding others to work with energy. I offer Usui Holy Fire Reiki training and Reiki courses in Carlisle and Cumbria at all levels, supporting those who feel called to explore Reiki for personal development or to step forward as practitioners themselves. I also teach workshops, courses and retreats exploring crystals, energy awareness, intuition and spiritual development.
Alongside training, I offer individual sessions including my signature healing journey The 8 Cosmic Stargates of Healing, as well as Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy (1–1 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing), Tuning Fork Therapy, Usui Holy Fire Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Crystal Reflexology, Crystal Facial & Massage, Indian Face Massage, Angelic Reiki, Advanced Reflexology and Oracle Card Readings.
I also hold regular Crystal Bowl Sound Baths in Cumbria, infused with Usui Holy Fire Reiki and often guided through Sacred Geometry meditation practices, creating a peaceful and supportive space for relaxation and energetic alignment. Some gatherings also incorporate cacao ceremonies and women’s circles.
