Sound has been used in many cultures for thousands of years. It is used to provide heightened awareness. It relaxes the mind body and spirit to move us back into balance. The sounds shift our brainwaves to bring calm in the same way that regulated breathing helps to calm the mind.
When the crystal bowls are played they have profound effects on tissues, cells and organs of the body as they, like the bowls are crystalline.
There will be a healing intention with a crystal grid alter to enhance the intention of the event. This is a gentle immersion and no gongs are used.
