Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Cumbria Wildlife Trust, Carlisle
Join me for a small, intimate crystal bowl sound bath held within the peaceful surroundings of Cumbria Wildlife Trust, Gosling Syke, just outside Carlisle.
This one-hour Sunday Morning Reset is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and gently restore balance.
We begin with a guided meditation to help you fully arrive. Depending on the energy of the group, this meditation may carry a Sacred Geometry focus — working with light, pattern and alignment — or a Holy Fire Reiki® inspired flavour, inviting deep inner stillness and energetic purification.
From there, the crystal singing bowls begin.
Their pure, sustained tones resonate gently through the body, encouraging deep relaxation and natural energetic recalibration. Many people experience improved sleep, emotional balance, mental clarity and a profound sense of peace after a session.
This is a gentle immersion — no gongs, simply soothing, layered frequencies — held within a small group (maximum 10 people) to maintain an intimate and nurturing atmosphere.

You are invited into a softly lit, intimate sanctuary at Enchanted Tea Cup — a space already known for intuitive readings, quiet reflection and gentle magic.
On this morning, the room will be filled not with conversation, but with sound.

From there, the crystal singing bowls begin to sing.
Their pure, sustained tones move beyond the thinking mind, weaving through the body like invisible threads of vibration. The nervous system softens. Breath deepens. The edges of the week begin to dissolve.
Sound has been used across cultures for centuries as a pathway into healing and expanded awareness. The harmonic frequencies of crystal bowls encourage the brain to shift into slower, restorative states — similar to deep meditation or dreamlike rest.
Why Crystal Singing Bowls?
The body itself holds crystalline structures and is largely composed of water. Sound travels effortlessly through this medium, allowing the bowls’ frequencies to gently influence tissues, energy pathways and emotional holding patterns. As vibration moves, stagnation can soften and natural balance is invited back in.
What to Expect
This is a calm, nurturing immersion.

Mats are provided for your comfort.
There are also two chair spaces available if you prefer to remain seated.
With over 25 years of experience in crystals and holistic therapies, and training in sound healing with Siobhan Swider, I hold this space intuitively and gently.

Join us for a beautiful Yoga & Sound Bath evening designed to restore balance within the body, mind, and energy centres.
Vicky Higgins from Finding Balance will guide you through a nourishing yoga flow with the intention of supporting harmony within the chakras. Beginning by grounding into the Root and rising upwards, movement and mindful breath will help shift any stagnation within the physical and energetic bodies.
Throughout the session, Sheila Thomas of Sheila Thomas Energies will weave the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls into the practice, allowing the vibrations to support the movement and deepen the energetic flow. As the class draws to a close, Sheila will guide a longer, deeply restorative sound bath during savasana, where you can fully rest while the pure frequencies of the bowls help calm the nervous system and bring the body and energy field back into balance.
To finish the evening, enjoy a cup of herbal tea and a homemade snack, and if you feel drawn, choose an oracle card for guidance before you leave.

There are moments in life when we feel called to pause, step back from the noise of everyday life, and listen more deeply to ourselves.
The chakra system is an ancient map of the body’s energy centres. Each chakra holds wisdom about our connection to the earth, our emotions, our personal power, our heart, our voice, our intuition and our spiritual awareness.
During this immersive day we will journey through the seven chakras together, exploring how these subtle energy centres influence our inner world and how we can bring them back into harmony.
Throughout the day we will work with crystals, essential oils, meditation and the healing vibrations of singing bowls, allowing the energy of each chakra to gently unfold and reveal its message.
This is a day for slowing down, reconnecting with your inner landscape and opening to deeper awareness.
You will also receive a 50-page interactive Chakra Companion Workbook created by me to guide your exploration during the workshop and support your continued practice afterwards.
The peaceful woodland setting of Gosling Sike Nature Reserve offers the perfect space to step out of the everyday and into a day of reflection, energy and quiet transformation.
This experience is open to anyone who feels drawn to explore the chakra system and deepen their connection with their own energy.
