My Journey

My professional journey has been varied, eventually leading me into healthcare. In 1999, I followed my heart into holistic therapy, becoming a Usui Reiki Master and beginning a lifelong path of healing and service. I soon expanded my studies with the Federation of Holistic

Therapists (FHT), qualifying in Complementary Therapies in 2002, including Advanced Aromatherapy, Advanced Reflexology, Indian Face Massage, and later Kansa Wand Therapy. In 2019, I became an Angelic Reiki Master, followed by FHT Diplomas in Crystal Healing and Beauty with Crystals in 2021.

My growing passion for teaching led me to achieve a TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and

Training (RQF) in 2023, enabling me to share my knowledge through Reiki and

Crystal courses, offered both in person and online. Further qualifications in Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy (IPHM,2024) and Level 1 Sacred Geometry & Sound Healing (2025) deepened my

understanding of sound, frequency, and vibrational healing.

Completing my Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki Master training in September 2025 brought a new

dimension to my work, infusing compassion, higher vibration, and intuitive guidance into my treatments and teachings. I now teach Holy Fire® Reiki at all levels, offering training in small groups or 1–1, both online and in person, and I am happy to accommodate individual dates and learning needs whenever possible.

In my advanced treatments, I integrate ancestral healing and the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, working on deep energetic layers to release inherited patterns, restore balance, and support spiritual alignment. This multidimensional approach combines Reiki, sound, and crystal frequencies to encourage profound and lasting transformation.

Alongside my therapies, I honour my connection to the Earth through crafting handmade botanical soaps infused with crystals, aromatherapy oils, and chakra-inspired themes. Each creation is lovingly charged with Reiki energy and the healing sound vibrations of my crystal bowls, bringing balance, harmony, and intention to every bar.

Supporting and uplifting others is at the heart of all I do. Through Holy Fire Reiki, crystals, sound, and energy work, I help people rediscover their calm, clarity, and inner light — creating nurturing spaces where energy flows freely, balance is restored, and wellbeing can truly flourish.
