The Work Is Deepening: Following the Call to Hold Transformational Spaces
There has been a quiet but powerful shift unfolding within me for some time now.
It has not arrived suddenly or dramatically, but instead as a gentle, consistent knowing that the work I offer is beginning to evolve into something deeper. Over the years, I have supported many people through Reiki, sound, crystals and energy work, holding space for relaxation, release and reconnection. This work continues to be at the heart of everything I do, and it always will be.

However, more recently, I have begun to notice a change, not only within myself but also within the people who are coming to me. I am seeing that many are no longer seeking just a moment of calm or a temporary pause from life. Instead, they are looking for something more meaningful, something that allows them to truly reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.
This realisation has not only come through my work with others, but also through my own inner experience. I have felt a growing sense that I am being called to hold space in a different way, one that allows for greater depth, time and transformation.
Earlier this year, I made the decision to step away from running my regular sound baths in Wetheral. This was not something I had fully planned, and at the time it felt like an unexpected shift. There were practical reasons behind the decision, but there was also a deeper feeling that the space no longer fully aligned with where I was being guided.
Like many changes, it brought a moment of uncertainty. I questioned whether I was making the right decision and what this would mean moving forward. However, alongside that uncertainty, there was also a sense of space opening up, and within that space, something new began to emerge.
Not long after, I was drawn to a new venue at the Cumbria Wildlife Trust in Houghton. From the moment I stepped into the space, I felt a sense of calm and connection that was very different. The natural surroundings, the quiet atmosphere and the intimacy of the room created an environment where people could truly settle and be present.
This experience helped me to understand that the change was not simply about moving locations. It reflected a deeper shift in how I am now being called to work. Rather than focusing on larger group settings, I feel drawn towards creating smaller, more intimate spaces where individuals can feel supported, held and able to explore their own energy more deeply.
In these smaller groups, the work naturally changes. The energy becomes more focused, the experience more personal, and the opportunity for transformation becomes much greater. I have seen how powerful it can be when people are given the time and space to fully connect with themselves, rather than feeling like they are simply passing through an experience.

This is where my work is now evolving. While one-to-one treatments and individual sessions will always remain an important part of what I offer, I am increasingly being guided towards creating workshops, immersive experiences and retreats that allow for deeper exploration and integration.
These spaces will bring together the elements that I already work with, including Reiki, sound, crystals, essential oils and meditation, but in a way that allows for a more complete and meaningful journey. They are designed to support not only healing, but also understanding, alignment and personal growth.
Over the coming months, this will begin to take shape through a range of offerings, including chakra workshops, crystal grid workshops and experiences that explore working with crystals as conscious allies. Alongside this, I am developing retreat spaces that provide the opportunity to step away from everyday life and reconnect on a much deeper level.
These retreats will offer time to pause, reflect and realign, while also gently supporting you in exploring your own path, whether that is through healing, personal development or stepping into something new within your life.
It is important for me to say that this is not a replacement for the work I have been doing, but an expansion of it. The treatments I offer continue to be a valuable and supportive experience, and for many people they are exactly what is needed. However, for those who feel a deeper pull, there is now an opportunity to explore that in a more spacious and immersive way.

If you have been feeling a shift within yourself, or a sense that you are ready for something more, I would gently encourage you to trust that feeling. Often, we do not have all the answers straight away, but we do have a sense of knowing that guides us forward.
This next phase of my work is about creating the space for that knowing to be explored, supported and brought into alignment.
Perhaps this is something you have been waiting for.
